In Swedish Massage, the therapist will apply massage oil to your skin to facilitate various massage strokes, including the smooth gliding stroke called effleurage to lengthen muscles and increase circulation .Other classic Swedish Massage moves include kneading , friction , stretching and (sometimes) tapping . The health benefits of Swedish Massage includes  increased circulation , relaxation and  decreased  muscle tension  . Swedish Massage is to be performed at your own comfort level . Please always feel free to state your preference for pressure during a Swedish Massage session  . 

This kind of massage helps loosen muscle tissues, release toxins from muscles and get blood and oxygen circulating. Get relaxed.

Deep Tissue Massage is designed to relieve  tension by penetrating deep into the muscle and the connective tissue layers or fascia . This type of massage therapy  is often recommended for individuals who experience consistent pain , are involved in heavy physical activity (such as athletes) , and clients who have sustained physical injury. Pressure tolerence is different for each individual  so it is always important to check in with the therapist .

A warm Massage  table and heated compresses can be  provided in each session to help facilitate increased penetration and relaxation . Aromatic Essential Oils can be added  apon request .

Hot Stone Massage involves the application of water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes placed on key points of the body, giving a deep grounding massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth.

Hot stones are placed strategically on the  body in preporation for massage while other hot stones of different shapes , sizes and textures are used as massage tools to create a customized

treatment tailored to meet your needs . Stretching and heat are used to loosen joints , reduce muscle tension and enhance penetration , relaxation and grounding . It should feel like a day on the beach ! Heat tolerence and Intensity of pressure are decided by you .

Foot and Hand Reflexology is a Chinese form of acupressure based on a system of nerve endings on the hands and feet that correspond to points on the entire body. A heated Massage table and hot compresses can be  provided  to further inhance penetration and relaxation . Aromatic Essential oils can be included apon request .
